We are a free account and we would become a true account, in odrer to put our future web site.
We are a christian association (not an entreprise) with official law registration..

How to do to become a true account ?

To become a True Account, you can:

(1) Make a deposit of $3 or more to your DriveHQ account;

or

(2) Change your registered email address to a private domain company email address. ISP email or free email accounts are not qualified. 

yet it says its free to become a true account and that its free services like msn gmail and yahoo that are not trusted with no notification that a registered isp email isnt "trusted", very bad customer service and im sure it constitutes false advertising seeing as you have to pay $3 its discraceful

There are a lot of free service providers. In reality, no services can be absolutely free. Companies have to make money or they will be out of business sooner or later , esp. in this economic condition. If you have serious need, relying on a free service is not a good idea.

DriveHQ's business model is based on high-end premium services. We offer a very broad range of services, top-quality client software and great multi-user group account administration tools. We have a high percentage of users paying for the service.

The free service is designed for personal and casual use only. Most features are available to free members, but not all features are available to them. In this case, the web / file publishing feature requires True or Paid membership. The reason is not about money in this particular case: without this restriction, our website will be filled with pirated or porn contents... While this could bring a lot of users to our website and create a lot of traffic, it is not our business model.

• Our main services are: Online Storage, Group Collaboration, Automatic Folder Synchronization, Data Backup and FTP Server Hosting. Web / file hosting is a minor feature.
• We don't have any advertisements on our website. So we cannot simply offer free services. We offer high-quality services.

Sorry the "True" user concept or feature is phased out. Due to rampant service abuse from free service users, we had added more restrictions to free service users. A "true" user is still a free service user and is subject to similar restrictions.

Our basic service is always free. It includes most of our features, such as WebDAV Drive Mapping, DriveHQ FileManager, Online Backup, Mobile apps and many advanced cloud features. It works great for personal or casual use. 

If you plan to use our service for FTP, SFTP, or hosting static files / websites, then you can sign up for a free business trial, or order a business subscription.
