DriveHQ has 24x7x365 customer support. If you send an email to DriveHQ Customer Support, and if you don't receive a reply within 1 day, then please make sure to check your junk/bulk email folder. It is more likely that we have replied your email and that it was filtered by spam filters.

We have customers who don't receive the activation email; then they send in support emails. However, if they don't receive the activation email, then the chance is all DriveHQ emails are filtered by their spam filters. So it is very important to check your spam filter settings, enable DriveHQ emails, and check your junk/bulk email folder.
