I'd like to ask a question:
With DriveHQ File Manager, I checked "Use SSL", and monitored TCP packets. But the transfer didn't seem to use SSL, I saw my password was sent in plain text.
Is this option enabled when I subscribe to your service? or you don't support the option yet?

We will check this problem. In the meantime, you can always use our Encrypted Folder option. Encrypted Folder is more secure than SSL as files are encrypted not only on transmission, but also after uploaded to DriveHQ.com.
