I am not sure what I am doing wrong, but I can't seem to make this email address work with my online pop/smtp service for booking concerts called onlinegigs. I typed in the email info and my password etc... I didn't know what to use for the port, so I just used 587 as a default. Is there any reason why this email wouldn't work with a service that runs pop/smtp integrated into their music venue booking service? It's a typical set up, so I just don't know what to do differently. Thanks in advance for your help.

Sorry please contact the other party for support. The standard SMTP and POP3 use port number 25 and 110, resp. Their service is non-standard, so please check with them.
