Dear support team

i couldn't access my account from long time, when i got access today I couldn't find my data that i kept in a folder long ago. Please check n update

Based on our service terms, free service members must log in once every 3 months. ( In reality, we only require log in once every 1 year. ) 

Your account had been inactive for too many (about 10) years.  The system sent multiple reminder emails before your account was de-activated and eventually reset.  Anyway, it is too late. We cannot tell if you had any data in your account. Please note 10 years ago, DriveHQ only offered 1GB free storage space. Now we offer 5GB free storage space.
