Hi, I am a paid member and would like to activate a whole new paid storage account in addition to the current one that I have. Problem is, I can't use my Email address for the new account! How do I work around this?

You might consider using our Group Account service. With our group account service, you can create sub-accounts. A group admin account can create sub-accounts that are not subject to email confirmation. However, it is required that you enter a unique email address. In this case, you can simply use USERNAME@drivehq.com, or USERNAME@drivehqservice.com

Make sure USERNAME is replaced with the sub-user's user name.
