DriveHQ doesn't support sftp / rsync; but we support FTP over SSL and FTP over TLS, both explicit and implict.

Also, if you use Windows, it is strongly recommend using DriveHQ FileManager, which supports HTTP/HTTPS and data encryption. It also has very powerful sharing and folder synchronization features. You can easily share / sync folders among multiple users.
