More...Please note DriveHQ always support any size files, including any size original images or videos.
When a user uploads an image of very large size, either the physical file is very large, e.g. 20MB or the resolution is very high, then image will still be uploaded, but DriveHQ will not generate thumbnail and preview-size images. When you view the image online, you cannot see the thumbnail and preview. You can, however, download the original image file. (This is to prevent our servers from being attacked by some malicious hackers.)
When you upload images to an encrypted folder, DriveHQ cannot generate thumbnail and preview-size images as the image is encrypted and the server cannot decrypt it.
