I am setting up scheduled backups for my users that they probably won't even see. I want their My Documents folder selected for starts. The manager wants me to select what things in in that directory get backed-up. Problem is, my users will be adding directories and documents on an ongoing basis. I assume those things will not be automatically selected. Is there a way to select *.* (everything) in a particular root folder? I know I could syc folders in File Manager, but I really just want daily or weekly backups.

Also, is incremental backup an option?

If you select all folders/files in a root folder, then it is the same as if you selected the root folder. If you add more folders / files to the root folder later, then they will be automatically backed up as well.

DriveHQ Online Backup always uses incremental backup. It can also resume interrupted uploads / downloads automatically.
