I am unable to delete a file using the web interface, either using the delete symbol below the thumbnail or using the delete button in details view. A progress box pops up but never progresses.

No, its not the connection, I've tried several times and the result is always the same, no progress and the 'cancel' button doesn't respond. If I had to guess I'd say it was a browser problem, I'm using Opera 9.5 with Sun Java runtime 1.6. Any ideas? TIA

Sorry we have not tested on Opera. We will try to improve in the future. For now, please try DriveHQ FileManager client software if you don't like Internet Explorer or Firefox. You can also use any 3rd party FTP client software. For more info, please visit:

Windows Explorer can be used as a simple FTP client. Just enter:

ftp://USERNAME:PASSWORD@ftp.drivehq.com/
