Hi I am having trouble getting the FTP image to upload. I have a hikvision camera behind a Hikvision NVR.  However ithe camera appears to only upload an image when I have the camera directly connected to a switch and NOT the NVR.

Am I doing something wrong.

We are not familiar with HikVision NVRs. However, our service is compatible with HikVision IP cameras. It seems your cameras are regular IP cameras (that can work with NVRs or upload to the cloud directly). Please read the setup guide:
