Why my second license is not the 3.4 GB?, it is showing used 300 MB and free 900 MB.


Also, could please check my setup of my 2 liceneses and cameras and adjust accordingly?, I still can not record up to 7 seven days

Looking into your account, it seems that your cameras are uploading with parameters that significantly exceed the subscription that you purchased. You need to be sure that your subscription matches the parameters with which the cameras are uploading.
