I checked your account and noticed that you use CameraFTP Mobile Security Camera app on your phone as an IP camera. The camera is online. You can view it from anywhere using a web browser or CameraFTP Viewer app (for iOS, Android and Windows). Your camera is not uploading any footage to the cloud. It could be caused by the following reasons:
(1) Your account is a few months past due. ( I have waived the past-due balance as a courtesy. )
(2) You ordered a motion-triggered recording plan, and your camera is configured to upload when a motion is detected. There is no motion detected.
(3) Other app or settings problem. Please check the Mobile Security Camera app (on the device that you use as an IP camera). Right now, it seems to be working fine. If you see any error messages, please let us know.
Note: All CameraFTP and DriveHQ software/apps include a built-in feature to "send event logs to support". If you still experience any issues, please send the event logs from the Mobile Security Camera app. Don't send event logs from the viewer app as it rarely has any problems.
