Hi Bob, based on your screenshot:
The FTP information is correct; and you tested it to be successful. So it is not the FTP or our service issue. But please note that configuring the FTP information is just one of the several steps. In your case, it has proven that the camera can upload files to CameraFTP cloud, and that your FTP information is correct. The next step is to configure the camera to actually upload files to CameraFTP.
This step is camera-specific. Based on your screenshot, please check in "Auto Snap" first. It probably has information about uploading image snapshots to the FTP server, usually you can set the upload frequency - which should be based on the service plan (Camera License) you ordered. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us the screenshots. If you cannot find it here, please also check in "Timer record". ( Many IP cameras use "Record" to mean "video recording" and "Snapshot" to mean "Image recording". ) For users who ordered a motion-triggered recording plan, please click "Alarm" to configure motion detection and alarm/event recording.
( If needed, we can help you remotely with DriveHQ Team Anywhere. It is a very easy-to-use screen sharing and remote support tool. Please install the software on your PC or Mac, then email us your Team Anywhere device ID. We can then try to connect to your computer. If you don't provide the password, you must manually accept the remote connection. )
