To play camera footage with audio, you just need to log in to www.cameraftp.com website, go to My Cameras page; or you can install CameraFTP Viewer app for iOS, Android and Windows. No configuration is needed. However, the camera footage must include audio.
If you use an IP camera, please make sure the IP camera supports audio, and make sure that you configure the camera to record videos instead of images.
If you use a smartphone, tablet or webcam as an IP camera with CameraFTP Mobile Security Camera App, Webcam Security Camera App or CameraFTP VSS (Virtual NVR) software, please select video recording instead of image recording, and make sure that you grant permission for the app to access your device's camera and microphone.
CameraFTP Viewer supports playing the recorded footage, and 2-way live video and audio viewing and calling.
