In the last week of January, my wife gave birth to my second daughter, third child overall. Though we have picked out the name, she will be referred to as "Youngest Daughter" on this page, or "YD" for short. She was born at 6 pounds, 15 oz, and 21 inches long.
This is right after they handed her to me. She was rather
mushed-up looking at first. But that voice was loud as anything! She could cry
like a five year old.
That's
right, 6 lbs, 15 oz. One more ounce and she'd have been 7 pounds even, with her
hungry self!
It
took a few minutes, and then the cute started to set in. And I haven't quit
kissing those cheeks yet!
Big Sister falling in love already. She is so careful for a
sibling her age.
Sisterly love.
Inseparable already.
YD holding some money given to her by a close friend.
One of the few smiling pics
I have of her. But she smiles a lot, though, just not on camera.
Getting her diaper
changed.
After the diaper

"I feel something
on the back of my head. Must be my big sister."
Older Daughter helps Younger Daughter talk.... just no cuss words, please. Watch your mouth!
YD takes a look at the camera and asks, "Why are you
pointing it at me? Don't shoot!"
At her big sister's graduation, smiling as if she understands.
And expect more pics, because I expect to be shot if I don't post some!
