 Hi There,

we have recently had to disable a users account pending an internal enquiry, but disabling the account didnt prevent them from still having access to the system as they were still logged in, can we force a user to log out if we change a password or disable an account?

 Hi Pagemark, 

When a user has been disabled from the group admin tool, they should no longer be able to take any action on content that has been shared to them. What method are they using to access site files?
