I tried to up load a folder and some of the sub-folders and files copied but not others. I can not now upload these other files. I have tried files that I have previously not tried to upload and it works fine. I have also re-saved a file that previously didn't upload and it would. I don't want to have to do this for all the files. Can you say what is going wrong and what I need to do.

Could you please tell us more detailed info? Please email DriveHQ customer support with info about which folder and which file(s) that failed to upload. We usually need a screenshot showing the error message.

Based on your info, you probably only need to refresh your folder? The file / folder might have been uploaded already.
