Our real estate practice spans over 36 years. We have assisted clients in buying and selling plant sites, high rise buildings, development property, mines and quarries as well as the smallest of residential properties. We understand title and transfer issues, liens, zoning and special issues.

We implemented a "For Sale By Owner" program as a result of demand by property owners who had reached an agreement to buy or sell land without an agent or realtor. Residential clients who have reached a hand-shake agreement to buy or sell property frequently come to us to put together the nut and bolts of the transaction and get it successfully closed.

Our staff understands title, environmental, survey and other issues. We work daily with title companies, environmental inspectors, building inspectors, surveyors and other third party professionals in the real estate and developmental business. In real estate there is no substitute for experience. Knowledge of how a transaction comes together, the resources to bring it together, and the legal issues that surround every closing are all second nature to us.
